Helpful but not the answer I needed

The team were friendly enough but that doesn't help when I now owe the vets thousands of pounds - my fault for not reading the terms

Easy to use service, the staff are always friendly and helpful and I love to read their blogs, the information in those is fascinating and always incredibly well written

    If you insure with this company make sure that your told about linked pre existing conditions before getting insurance by phone or otherwise, as I... If you insure with this company make sure that your told about linked pre existing conditions before getting insurance by phone or otherwise, as I was not told on the phone of all excluded linked future conditions related to prostrate on a dog, they do not tell you all information on the phone which is the words of Petsure used in another review I wrote.     Direct debit set up

    There was an issue with my documents and direct debit. All resolved now but would've been easier without the hassle
