Easy, trustworthy, reliable family feeling

I have never had a credit union be so easy to deal with and such amazing values. Makes any issue so easy and are brilliant at updating you. Would never pick to go else where! Reviewed on: 5th June 2020

Easiest way to save!

I have been saving through Plane Saver since I started working at British Airways in Apr 2014. I don't even know I am saving as the money is taken from my monthly salary. It is so easy to set up, and easy to withdraw when I need the cash. I tend to withdraw at Christmas and for Birthday treats. I have spoken with their Customer Service Team and I have found them to be really helpful and very friendly. Reviewed on: 5th June 2020

A role model of modern banking

I knew very little about credit unions, that was before I went sick within my first few months of starting a new job. I needed a small quick solution loan that would see me through a period of only recieving statutory sick pay. Plane Saver was kind, helpful and reassuring. I was even impressed with the savings pot. Arranging to pay an extra amount each month meant that I was also saving. I think more credit unions should be available instead of high street banks.
