Great customer service and help provided

When I have needed financial assistance I have been able to go into the credit union office and have been greeted as a valued customer and helped with the issue. Easy to save but reward could be better

I love Planesaver, although it is a shame the Platinum Saver accounts were discontinued. I was really motivated to save with the higher dividends from that account. I would like to see better rewards/incentives for saving into the basic account, but that aside Planesaver is a great saving tool. Because the money is deducted on the payslip you don’t even miss it.
