Easy to save but reward could be better

I love Planesaver, although it is a shame the Platinum Saver accounts were discontinued. I was really motivated to save with the higher dividends from that account. I would like to see better rewards/incentives for saving into the basic account, but that aside Planesaver is a great saving tool. Because the money is deducted on the payslip you don’t even miss it. Good user experience.

Plane Saver provides me with a great rate and the app is easy to navigate. I can easily see my money and I feel safe knowing that my money is in a safe place. The customer service is consistently helpful, friendly, and responsive. It is clear they genuinely care about their members.
