Makes saving so easy

Simple to use and nice to see investments progress

I’ve really liked the simplicity of Plum such that I’ve taken my investments from other accounts to put them here. I like the option to view my pockets with targets allocated for various items I’m saving for. Individual investment options were easy to understand it some reasonable looking return in some portfolios. It’s almost fun tracking it! Reviewed on: 5th February 2021

Easy to understand Banking

I use Plum as a savings medium whilst dipping my toe gently into investing. Other than the app I don't possess a bank card. I use it as a simple savings tool for a rainy day. It's easy to set up and understand. I love that it only had temporary access to my bank and that the interface is clean and easily navigable. I used the chat feature to ask a question and the response was positive and felt that the person not only took my query seriously but actually read it to understand and I want fobbed of with an automatic reply. I like that it explains things and gives told and insights to help further my savings criteria without sounding pushy or condescending. This does something simple and does it well. I saw this through a friend and after a short conversation took the plunge and an glad I did. My vote goes to these 'guys' and it is well deserved. Reviewed on: 5th February 2021
