Life changing

Not being dramatic when I say that this app has literally changed my life. I’ve never been great with money, and since receiving a diagnosis of ADHD last year, it has all made sense. This app however has given me so much more control over my finances and actually given me the opportunity to have savings, something I genuinely never thought possible. The money I have saved and gained in investments has enabled me to pay off my overdraft with little notice when requested during lockdown, as well as supported me during a period of unemployment when getting back into education. Above and beyond

Helped me out of debt and made me enjoy managing my finances!

I'd always been into the idea of investing some of my money into shares or hedge funds. I started using Plum as a means to save money when I was struggling through a period of debt - and it worked a treat. I got little rushes every time a bit of money was put away and received a lovely surprise at the end of every month. It undoubtedly helped me to find enjoyment in managing my finances (never thought I'd admit to that). When I found the investment feature, it was really simple to use and explained in simple terms, visually, how my investments might pan out. I set Plum to split a small percentage of my savings payments into various funds, and experimented with them for a few months, watching my money slowly climb. I gradually increased this percentage until I now split my savings payments 50/50. Of course - there is an element of risk, but given the genius way that Plum takes savings payments from my account, I knew that any funds 'at risk', I only would otherwise have frittered away. I check my Plum now in the same curious way that I might check social media or news. I've been using it for several years now and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. This app has made me a saver

Plum has been great in allowing me to save money when I haven't been able to before. By having a bit of money come out of my account each week, based on my spending, it allocates my money into different accounts such as "rainy day" or "holiday" and over time I've been able to save over time for holiday spending money, Christmas presents, car insurance. Best way to save and invest

Started off with plum savings which I find extremely helpful, as it automatically moves money from my current account into savings without me even noticing. And now I’ve moved onto the investment side of the app and it is making me money with me knowing nothing about investing. Couldn’t recommend enough great app Reviewed on: 16th February 2023

Excellent saving app!!

I was absolutely useless at saving money until I discovered plum. With their automatic deposit system and easy to set up ISA account I was saving money in no time. With only little amounts coming out of my account each week, I didn't even notice it, then after a year of checking I had more saving than I have ever had. Reviewed on: 16th February 2023
