PiP have actively identified so many thousands of people who can claim extra support in multiple areas, making their lives so much easier. I am an employee of Anglian Water who use Policy in Practice's Better off Calculator and have personally helped hundreds of people get discounts on their water bills and told them of any benefits they are eligible for and may have missed. Really fantastic and thorough tool. It has been a calculator to be relied on, and their training is thorough, so any questions you have about the calculator are answered well. In my line of work, it's incredibly important to have a reliable source to assist clients with better off calculations. It can also spot niche loopholes, where clients may not be getting what they're entitled to, and policy in practice explains this in details, and the calculations are explained. I have been using the service for my daily work at a local authority for a while, its so simple to use and effective.
