Really fantastic and thorough tool. It has been a calculator to be relied on, and their training is thorough, so any questions you have about the calculator are answered well. In my line of work, it's incredibly important to have a reliable source to assist clients with better off calculations. It can also spot niche loopholes, where clients may not be getting what they're entitled to, and policy in practice explains this in details, and the calculations are explained. I have been using the service for my daily work at a local authority for a while, its so simple to use and effective. I have also provided training to use the tool with many less experienced staff and they have mastered the calculator. Simpleness is so effective, even for our residents and customers.
