This tool has been so valuable when completing them for my clients. I have found several that were entitled to a range of benefits which they were not claiming. I use the calculator a lot, it helps to give a clear overview of financial situations. I understand it's usually based on an average, it would be good if it could provide more accurate information - sometimes it comes up with incorrect benefits which can lead to potentially giving people incorrect information.
