I work for a charity so don't have a view on value for money. I like the benefit calculator and think it is user friendly. I work closely with Coventry City Council (I don't think they make the best use of LIFT). I often join webinars when I can and find them useful and inciteful - I like data :) Reviewed on: 26th March 2024

Policy In Practice is always my first port of call

Policy In Practice is always my first port of call when completing a benefit check. The calculations are accurate and give a nice breakdown of elements. The extra help available is a good little tool to show what other help may be available. Sometimes there can be glitches with the council tax reduction calculations but more often than not it works perfectly Reviewed on: 21st March 2024
