Great for benefit calculations

We use this in a large housing association and it is useful for day to day advice needs - update regularly and also respond well when there are issues or errors. It is useful for comparing scenarios and being able to print out scenarios for customers or email them a link to access the calculations. Reviewed on: 14th April 2026

very good to find out your entitlements

very good to find out your entitlements and what can be offered to you, great if you are unsure of what support is available. Lots of people are unsure if they go into work, what the impact would be on them financially, BOC will help you to understand what the impact will be, what working X amount of hours will result in and what to discuss at the job centre. A good trick is to complete everything in full and go onto 'change your earnings' at the end, here you can add hypothetical hourly pay and weekly hours worked to see how much better off you would be in work.
