OPENING AND FUNDING OF A NEW SAVINGS ACCOUNT

MADE INITIAL CONTACT WITH THE FAMILY BUILDING SOCIETY PRIOR TO OPENING THE SAVINGS ACCOUNT. SPOKE TO MANDY. AFTER MY CONVERSATION WITH MANDY I FELT COMPLETELY AT EASE AND ALL MY QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED WHICH REASSURED ME THAT I WAS MOVING FORWARD WITH THE RIGHT OPTION FOR MY SAVINGS. MANDY WAS KIND REASSURING KNOWLEDGEABLE AND WILLING TO ASSIST AND ENGAGE WHICH WAS HELPFUL. I COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR ANY MORE IN A PERSON. I WOULD FEEL CONFIDENT IN OPENING FURTHER/FUTURE ACCOUNTS WITH THE FAMILY BUILDING SOCIETY. Reviewed on: 13th March 2023

Following info from HMRC I rang to ask for info forwarded to HMRC. I spoke to David who acceded to my request. He was very polite and helpful. Unfortunately the info I received (not from him) was not relevant. A second phone call resolved the matter. Reviewed on: 17th February 2023
