It’s been mostly good so far.

Not easy to work with

Unresponsive customer service. Slow order placement in SIPP. App issues that are ignored. I have very low confidence in them, which is a shame as they talk a good talk on their website. Sadly the customer experience doesn't live up to it. Reviewed on: 19th April 2025
