Great insurance for rent guarantee

I am more than happy with Protectivity Specialist insurance. I use them for my rent guarantee and thus far they have been fantastic, I have not had to use he insurance yet but tumrust that if my tenants fail to pay their rent, the Protectivity rent guarantee will kick in. They have kept me informed via email when the insurance will run out and auto renew the policy so that I am always covered if the tenants don't pay. Reviewed on: 31st July 2024

Wouldn't swap, it gives all I need & more.

Always had a good experience for the last 6.5 years. Customer service is one to one, patient & knowledgeable agents. No reason to change. Price has barely increased. Monthly newsletter is really useful too. Reviewed on: 31st July 2024
