I have found the insurance generally good.

I have found the insurance generally good. I have not had to contact them about a claim but one time a house alarm was triggered by accident and I was a little dissapointed at their response as I would have expected them to arrange a house alarm business for a call out. Reviewed on: 21st July 2024

Supported through the claims ptocess

I needed to make a claim about an upsetting situation and the staff were very supportive. Everything was conducted in a professional and timely manner and concluded to my satisfaction. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the company to my colleagues. Reviewed on: 20th July 2024

Friendly and reasonably priced

I've been with Protectivity for a few years now for my pet sitting business. The monthly premiums are reasonable for the cover. I particularly like the scheme which allows for discounts on premiums for referring others...it's a good incentive. The customer service team are friendly and calls are answered quickly. The only issue I have had was with an enquiry where I was misinformed about cover for a specific dog breed, the XL bully. This was around the time the ban was considered being introduced. The information I was given did not line up with the policy details on banned breeds and this was an important enquiry whereby the correct information should have been given or at least referred to underwriters if the advisor was unsure.
