Asked to arrange the claim with 3rd party insurance company

A guy drove into my lane without looking, so called Provident with the details. Was asked by the Provident employee -Sammi- to contact other guy’s insurance company, otherwise they will charge me for claim. When called the other insurance company - they have treated the case in more professional manner. Provident made me feel guilty and requested the money, while other company actually advised on next investigation steps. Not a happy Cistomer, and will not renew with them. ...
