I have a large pot of money that I wanted to spread across different savings products, so they mature at different times. I found Raisin UK on Google and was really impressed with how simple and convenient the website and process was. Not only that, but they don't allow me to deposit over the FSCS protected limit, so I know that my savings are being well looked after by Raisin and are fully protected if one of the banks they work with goes under.
