Always kept in the loop as to what my money is doing. Best interest offers for savings accounts updates sent often. Plenty of background information on the individual banks in order that I can choose ethically where to put my savings. Lots of choice across a wide spectrum of different time length terms. I found Raisin when looking for investment opportunities. I started out with a short term bond to check the process and see how it all work. I had a good experience and ended up opening a longer term bond account and an easy access account. The service so far has been great and I use the app and main website to check on the progress of the accounts and new savings deals.The only drawback for me, is that the minimum deposit is £1000, which is fine, if you have it to spare. My experience with Raisin customer service personnel has always been great. Any issues or problems have always been dealt with in one phone call. and i have had my situations resolved quickly.
