Excellent product range with clear explanations

I did pretty much everything through the app. The range of avaialable products and conditions is very clear - and was able to take advantage of a very good rate. The process for moving funds in and out of the Raisin account is also very clear and feels secure. There were no issues that required customer service interaction to resolve.
