I used RateSetter to obtain a loan to consolidate some debt. The interest rate was one of the lowest and it was quick and easy to set up. I am able to access my loan information with ease online and can see just how much I owe and how many payments I’ve made. Super easy to deal with because everything’s done online - the single time I needed to call them was met with a polite and helpful response. Decisions are made in seconds, funds are made available very quickly, and it’s hard to imagine how the process could be any more straightforward. Interest rates and other costs aren’t the best, but they are sensible and reasonable. I’d certainly recommend them. Reviewed on: 11th June 2020

Unhelpful!!!

The reason why I feel this way is when the whole coronavirus lockdown started obviously you start thinking about your money!! Especially when you have two young children!! when I enquired About taking a holiday payment on my loan I was told that Ratesetter Doesn’t do this as their investors will not get their money the person I spoke to was extremely blunt and rude he basically told me just to email someone and wait which I thought was totally unacceptable especially at this time of a pandemic Reviewed on: 11th June 2020
