Nice, easy, fast

I have been signed up for a low rate finance, tho the rate where not the lowest advertised, but still managed the get a good deal with normal rates. Funds where available in less than 36 hours. I already recommended RateSetter to a friend. Reviewed on: 11th June 2020

Honest, Open and Easy

The whole process from start to finish was so smooth running and simple. I love being able to access my account and see everything plain and simple. I’ve used the extra payment feature which was a breeze and so glad that there are no extra fees for early / extra payments! Excellent service

It's just easy and straight forward to deal with RateSetter, everything is laid out and simple to understand. I used them to obtain a loan and it was no hassle at all, their website allows you to log in and see the planned outgoing money and also make overpayments. When I have dealt with them via email and telephone, they have been friendly and easy to deal with. I haven't experienced any issues with them during the time I've been paying back the loan. Really impressive. The process of applying for a loan was really straightforward and the response very swift. It is easy to manage repayments online and great that additional payments can be made without penalty. The information on the site about my loan is very clear and helpful.
