Straight forward friendly service

Hi, I took a loan with ratesetter in October 2019 and from the minute I had the money to now Ratesetter have been nothing but professional and helpful with any query I might have had. Especially when I needed to change my direct direct date which meant the dates crossed into a new month. They were more than accommodating and allowed me to do this where a lot wouldn’t. Really easy set up

Incredibly fast set up. Application form so easy, I did it on my phone and then the credit was in my bank by 5pm the next day. DD set up with no issues - it just managed itself really! Definitely worry free. Would use again if I needed to. Reviewed on: 11th June 2020
