Great customer service

Prior to borrowing from Ratesetter I had only taken out loans from my bank. Every time I contacted my bank with any issue, they were largely unfriendly and any help incurred charges. Ratesetter have friendly, helpful call centre staff who are very knowledgeable and offer the right solution to any problem. They resolved my issue very quickly with no judgement or fuss and I was very happy with the interaction. Their quality customer service and low interest/repayment rates mean I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a fast, fuss-free loan. Reviewed on: 11th June 2020

Easy, quick and efficient

Easy, manageable and helpful

I used RateSetter to help me buy my first car, the application was easy and uncomplicated to apply and to keep track of your borrowings. Its very handy that is has no extra charge to pay off early or to make extra payments, this makes it a lot easier to be debated free.
