I love that Ratesetter is different. It was easy but thorough to open my account, you felt you borrowed as an individual not a number. Balances are easy to read and investments are possible too. Reviewed on: 11th June 2020

The one and only loan people I would go to. I have been able to pay a certain amount back with a resonable interest rate and the best thing about it is I don't get penalised if I want to pay part or more of the loan off at any given time. If I want to shorten the end date of the loan, I pay more and not have to worry about added fees etc. Application process was incredibly simple and can opt for an online account with no paperwork to sort out. I used RateSetter to make a purchase on a car. I found it to be a straight forward process. The website is easy to navigate and keeping track of payments is clear. I also like the fact that you can choose to pay the loan back early. Reviewed on: 11th June 2020

Once, during the term of my loan, I inadvertently failed to leave enough funds in the account I used to pay my loan. RateSetter informed me of my error, and the matter was cleared up in minutes--without any penalty. Reviewed on: 11th June 2020
