Brilliant, friendly all the way through

Unfortunately I have had quite a few loans over the years with various banks and lenders and I have to say rate setter are by far the best ones. Firstly their interest rates are incredibly low. During the application process, they made sure it was kept simple and when an advisor contacted me to confirm some details, they were very friendly and understanding. During the COVID-19 pandemic, they have been incredibly understanding and have offered me a number of solutions and tailored the outcome for what's suited for me. Incredible service.
