Painless fast process

I applied for the loan after reading about the service on the money savings expert website. The process was simple, painless clear & quick. Everything was explained to me in each step of the application. The money I required was in my account within a few days. The customer support team is excellent too. Like many people money can be a juggling act, especially when an employer pays your wages in late. On one occasion my direct debit didn't go out, Ratesetter were great allowing me to pay a few days later when I got paid with no penalties or extra charges.
