The service offered is the service received

I needed a loan to use in finessing my accounts. Te bank would not provide it. RateSetter did provide me with the funds needed in a simple efficient manner. Repayments are easy and flexible, in that I intend to repay before the agreed date with no administration fees. I have improved the quality of my lifestyle by using RateSetter. Great investment

I have borrowed from Ratesetter at a lesser rate than the banks offered. Able to make extra payments whenever I wanted. Had three loans and paid them back in full. I'm now a Ratesetter as a investor, earning interest better than the banks can offer. Reviewed on: 29th June 2017

So convenient!

They were good

Fees are expensive; service is swift; useful for specific needs but look elsewhere also

Straightforward application and funds are made available in a timely manner. There are better alternatives out-there though you could do much worse. Re-payments by standing order is not available and would be a useful option. Customer service are helpful and our experience is, overall, positive. The biggest test for any commercial offering is: Would you use that outlet again? We are a repeat customer. Reviewed on: 29th June 2017

Good rates great customer service

Although the rates ratesetter offer are dependant on your credit rating, if you meet their lending criteria then it is one of the best rates on the market. Also, customer service is top notch. Reviewed on: 29th June 2017
