Good service for online banking

RCI Bank provide a very thorough service and have several accounts with them. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

Just about everything I need from a bank

It was very easy to set up accounts, and couldn't be simpler to look at transactions and see interest as its added. They keep you informed with regards to interest rates and its easy to access advice or help by picking up the phone. Courteous helpful and no long waits. Just about everything I need from a bank. A very efficient 'people focused' bank.

It is so easy to withdraw or transfer funds. If there are any questions or concerns there is ,….comfortingly….someone to speak to directly. Staff always have the knowledge and expertise to help with any problems or queries I’ve had. Even though they don’t have a 'high street presence' I feel safe leaving my money with them. Good communication

Have been using RCI for years. Never had a problem. Always good communication via emails but not too many...only when needed. That's what I needed. App is great as well. Would recommend it to everyone. If I have more money I'll move it to RCI again. Reviewed on: 1st February 2026
