Not On The High Street

A happy customer for 6 years, I have always found this bank easy to deal with. Their Customer Service is friendly, efficient knowledgeable and to the point. The website is easy to navigate. and the App is great. I have no hesitation in recommending RCI Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

Okay account if you do not have anywhere else to put your money

Generally there is little Customer Service offered by the banks today, the standard has declined, branches have closed or we are just offered internet. When we have a problems or our account is not treated fairly, the banks RCI included do little to resolve our complaint, often leaving us with the Financial Services Ombudsman. Interest rates are all time lows, no incentives to leave money with RCI or any other bank, and if they do not like your reaction then they close the account. My wife made a mistake with her internet banking log-in about TWO YEARS AGO, she was locked out and until this day she has no access to our meney on deposit with RCI.. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022
