Clear, Easy-to-Navigate Website/Friendly Call Center Staff

R.C.I. always offers very competitive interest rates - even in today's difficult financial environment. Notwithstanding this, the website is very clear and easily navigated and upon the rare occasions that I have had to telephone I have found the call center staff to be friendly and welcoming. Easy to use App; great customer service; good rates.

Setting up the App on my mobile phone could not have been easier - unlike many others. At times I have had to phone customer support: the phone is answered quickly; the staff are always knowledgeable and pleasant - again unlike many others. In regards to their rates, RCI is currently among the best available and have passed on the latest Bank of England hike. In all, I am extremely please with everything this company. Well done all!
