Competitive rates and online banking experience

Recognise offer very competitive savings rates for both personal and business customers. Their website easy to understand, is well laid out and provides a great online banking experience. They are listed on the FSCS register 849404 offering savings protection. I would highly recommend Recognise Bank. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2026

Helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Phones answered quickly without having to wait for 20 minutes listening to random music. Improvement suggestion:-A downloaded PDF statement for transactions in a selected date range, should clearly state the date range and the opening and closing balances. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2026
