I stopped using it very quickly because the process of setting up payments, converting currency and withdrawing money was so clunky, confusing and laborious. Not only that, the rates I was getting were not even worth the bother. I hadn't used them in a few years when I got an email to say I need to add money in my account to cover my plan fee. Plan fee?! I had never been on a paid plan. The previous month they had changed my plan to a monthly paid subscription and I was now in debt unbeknownst to myself. The process to cancel your account was probably the most difficult I have come across. It took me over an hour on live chat and I had to take not one, but two selfies to send them with my personal details.
