Avoid at all costs!

Avoid! I signed up to Revolut Business a few years ago and used it for a few overseas clients. I stopped using it very quickly... Avoid! I signed up to Revolut Business a few years ago and used it for a few overseas clients. I stopped using it very quickly because the process of setting up payments, converting currency and withdrawing money was so clunky, confusing and laborious. Not only that, the rates I was getting were not even worth the bother. I hadn't used them in a few years when I got an email to say I need to add money in my account to cover my plan fee. Plan fee?! I had never been on a paid plan. The previous month they had changed my plan to a monthly paid subscription and I was now in debt unbeknownst to myself. The process to cancel your account was probably the most difficult I have come across. It took me over an hour on live chat and I had to take not one, but two selfies to send them with my personal details. It felt like they were intentionally making the process difficult and humiliating with the hoops they wanted you to jump through. Steer clear! Read more Read less
