Brilliant service

Having been a business banking customer of HSBC, Lloyds and Metro previously, Revolut is by far the most superior customer service. In an age of speed, agility and uncertainty, Revolut understands me and my business requirements better than anyone which makes this partnership the most supportive and safest. Worst Bank Ever

We have had a Revolut bank account for 8 months and it still does not work correctly. In that 8 months Revolut has issued us 6 credit cards 5 of those cards do not work. Customer service is non existent. This is the worst bank I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Complete nightmare. Reviewed on: 22nd February 2021

The best business banking service ever

I've used multiple business banking apps, services, even designed myself. But the Revolut Business provides the best in class services and user experiences. Everything is very easy to use, there are tons of functions that helps boost my business such as virtual cards for subscriptions. FX rates and international transfers are super easy and provided almost market rates. Mobile and web apps work amazing! Customer service is very responsive and responsible in case I experience an issue. Expenses works amazing syncing with Xero. These days I don't need to use Receipt Bank to match my invoices with expenses. So, less service fee :) Finally, the platform is evolving very quickly, with many useful features.
