Terrible onboarding process for new business customers

Lack of clarity in the information about documents requested. Poor experience with the onboarding team who refused to accept documents that were clearly outlined to be acceptable on the website. Reviewed on: 24th January 2020

It is easy friendly account service with few improvements

It is a friendly easy access format account service. I travel a lot and it gives all the good features. Even if you use it domestically, categorising transactions is good. Only slight issue is that the customer service is bad and the card is prepaid card instead of debit which causes to pay at some places Reviewed on: 24th January 2020

Worse customer service / account verification

I've both my personal and corporate revolut accounts blocked for 3 months and no explanation whatsoever. I've provided all necessary docs and still no update. They believe that filling STRs on every client's transaction is how to run a compliance department. In my opinion it will be a crime to attribute a bank award this year to this institution.
