Terrible - if any - costumer service

I have deposited some money in my bank account and since one month the money isn't there, still shows as pending. Costumer service had been intermittent in the first week, but it has been over two weeks of complete absence. They have ny money and have disappeared. Mad. Reviewed on: 26th January 2020

Banking getting better

Customer support is excellent. Any problems I've had have been resolved quickly and handled professionally. I have saved a lot of money sending money abroad, which is one of the main reasons why I joined Revolut. Overall I think they are on their way to becoming the best provider of banking services.
