Very poor customer experience & risky to SME business

They have a very poor customer experience. They normally start off well when they want you to be a customer. Revolut does not understand some of the international business opportunities nor does its customer support staff. The same wooden responses and no human interaction. They have a problem with diverse business and money coming from the US. They could have been great but actually they are a major risk to SMEs operating internationally. Reviewed on: 25th March 2026

How Rovolut helped to save 30 Jobs.

Had a company go into liquidation and managed to get a buy back out - However speed was essential without the ease and speed of Revolut then potentially we could have lost more customers and the speed of recovery would have been vastly diminished. Reviewed on: 25th March 2026
