Best bank ever!

Everything just works!

Application for a business account was straightforward and easy. Their online banking and banking app UI is clean, modern, and minimal. They're always introducing to new banking products that are super practical like subscription cards, payment processing links and other useful stuff. Great experience with them so far. Revolut Business has the worst service ever and randomly closes your account - never ever use it!

Revolut Business has the worst service ever and randomly closes your account - never ever use it! In general I liked Revolut. I sometimes use their B2C service, and was happy with it - so I tried Revolut Business! I have tried to open an account for three different regular German companies. The opening process took 7+ weeks, they asked for various kinds of documents (those were brand new companies, so no history at all), finally denied the opening of one account and randomly closed another account. Without warning, and without any explainations. "Our decisions are final." Nobody answers your questions, only the same answers over and over again from a customer service robot. This is nowhere near their promise to be a modern bank. Every "old school" bank would have opened the account in days. In Europe, there are so many competitors like Holvi, Penta, N26 etc. - use one of them, but NEVER NEVER use Revolut Business. They'll screw you and randomly close your account without warning. Game-changer, supporting entrepreneurial spirit

After months of numerous forms, phone calls, repetitive apps and wasted hours of trying to get a business bank account opened with the more established UK banks, we turned to Revolut Business (through a recommendation) and on the same day, success! I had clients ready to do business, and finally having an account opened the doors to many interesting projects and hired staff! Thank you for valuing entrepreneurialism - We are now collaborating with top tier global clients and we could not have done it without your super fast, agile and non-complicated service.
