Disastrous on all fronts!

It's all well until anything goes wrong and you need support/ want to speak to someone. The bank forces asynchronous interactions via a chat. I got cut off from the account and tried to get that resolved. I couldn't call anyone and had to use the chat. I wrote and ... waited. For days! Eventually I got an automated message from a chat bot sending me to generic FAQs. I continued to be cut off from my funds for weeks. Reviewed on: 22nd February 2021

Refreshingly easy to use (particularly vs the traditional UK clearing banks)

From opening to using

Terrible customer service

I am very disappointed of my business account with Revolut. I am an electrician and I have had the Revolut business bank for few months now but unfortunately they asking for extra security question on receiving payment from clients. There Full name,address, nationality and sometimes even date of birth. And this doesn’t sit very well with my clients and I agree with my clients if someone will ask me this sort of question I would answer them and I would not do any further business with them. Fantastic

Best SME business bank and service provider. They understand the essential needs of SMEs!

We are a small SME recently incorporated with immigrant directors and doing business globally with most of our clients in developing nations. We accept payments and also pay for essential services globally. We sourced for business banking services from top rated banks and realised a very biased perception within the top banks. The experience was appealing to say the list. We got rejected for services simply because we traded with African countries. We experienced delays and cancelled orders. We almost liquidated before we were introduced to Revolut. Immediately, we could provide export services and get paid thanks to Revolut. Our company is thriving and scaling up gradually.
