Just great system

It is terrible.

Costumer service is terrible. There is no contact number to call customer service. The only way is inline chat, it takes hours and sometimes days to someone on the online chat respond you. The last time when I need to contact them I was waiting for two days and finally I went to their office in canary Wharf. Reviewed on: 27th January 2020

Excellent service

Super easy to move money between accounts and currencies with the best exchange rates I have found. Easy to see where your money is being spent as it’s split into different categories and the security feature are excellent. Any problems are swiftly dealt with by experienced service advisors. Amazing idea and good service.

The idea behind the service is great and the system is surprisingly secure for a completely online bank. The biggest perk for me is exchanging currency without charge which is not something you can do in any other bank. I use it whenever I go abroad! Reviewed on: 27th January 2020
