Responsive and Professional

There have been a few times I have had to query some transactions. The online chat service is amazing. You can flip from Intelligent bot to real people and they get things resolved super fast. Conventional banks lack the convenience. Best of all is the fx handling and rates. Ideal for my overseas trips. Not more airport cash rates.
