not happy with charges

I had a transaction for a debit for which Revolut stopped however tis is the 2 nd time in 2 months. I have had to pay in ordr to get a new card. This was beyond my control an feel agrivated by having to pay another sum of money just to bank with yourselves. Never problems, but solutions

I never have a problem with this bank , fast helpful and kind staff . I had a lots banks before Revolut which I been used for the last nearly 3 years, I will never change for nothing more ! Reviewed on: 16th July 2025

Revolut for travel.

Revolut for travel. I have a Revolut account primarly for travelling and its amazing. you can add your money into the account in whatever currency you have, for example GBP, and then in the app you can transfer it to whatever currency you want, for example Euros. It will offer you the best exchange rate which is great. its very easy to do i would highly recommend this bank for anyone who plans to travel. Reviewed on: 15th July 2025

Horrible customer service - seems like a scam operation

Customer service just keeps stalling in the attempt to allocate a transfer. Keeps closing tickets & switching reps to avoid further escalation. Usual time spent in customer service chat >2h before service rep actually checks for an update. No proactive communication. Avoid under any circumstance!!! Reviewed on: 30th June 2025
