Very easy to navigate through the app and customer support are responsive. The AI tools to navigate issues are helpful as you don’t have to spend ages on the phone ringing them, like if you need a charge back or don’t recognise a charge. Being able to split your money into pots is helpful and the ability to lock them is brilliant to prevent unnecessary spending and allow for easier saving. Reviewed on: 30th March 2026
