Cool, powerful & efficient

Revolut was recommended to me by my brother, who works in finance, a long time ago. My greatest qualm with them has been due to how other banks work with them, and its lack of availability to order cards overseas. My best experience with Revolut is still, undoubtedly, when I pulled the card out overseas in South Africa & my friend went “Woah! Revolut, that’s so tough!” and paid for my crisps because he was jealous of my bank — that about sums Revolut up. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2026
