I’ve used a lot of banking apps over the years, but Revolut is on a completely different level. It doesn’t feel like a bank, it feels like a financial control centre in your pocket. The app is ridiculously easy to use. Everything is clean, fast, and exactly where you expect it to be. Sending money takes seconds, splitting bills is effortless, and seeing where my money actually goes has made me way more switched on with spending. The exchange rates when travelling are a game changer. No stress about getting ripped off, no hunting for currency places, I just tap my card and it works. For trips abroad, it’s honestly essential. I also love the extra features that you don’t get with normal banks,instant spending notifications, disposable virtual cards for safer online shopping, budgeting tools, savings vaults… it feels like they actually understand how people use money in real life. Customer experience has been smooth, everything feels modern, and updates actually make the app better instead of more complicated (rare these days). Having banked with Revolut from the very early days, 2016, I have been thoroughly satisfied and very happy with the bank. Their initial premise of low cost (honest) foreign exchange, and their development since, challenging the old banking practices, has been rewarding and reassuring that they want their customers to benefit from changing the status quo.
