Amazing Customer Service

I have had the need to contact Revolut on several occasions to resolve issues that I had been experiencing (outside of their control) and I used their online chat to attempt to resolve these and I have to say that the customer service I experienced was nothing short of superb - I wish other companies would take a leaf out of their book.
