Great experience with Revolut customer service

As well as all of the great features within the app, I feel like the customer service at Revolut goes above and beyond. Twice I have had experiences while abroad in South East Asia where my card has been swallowed by an ATM and, after contacting Revolut through the live chat on the app, a new card was sent to my next hotel within a week. I couldn’t believe that this was even possible and especially at such speed on the other side of the world. Reviewed on: 28th January 2020

Looked like great banking

I have had my Revolut Account for a few years, no trouble, no hassles. Always solving problems with friendly advice. Until... I recently tried to top up my account, now I have to submit salary slips and income evidence. Not even my bank asks for this. I really don’t know what to do from here... Convenient banking for the smartphone age

Revolut is that banking app that it was only a matter of time that someone would invent. It combines convenience with flexibility and rates that undercut the competition. Setting it up was easy. And transferring cash between accounts and person to person is literally a click. Where it really comes into its own is for travelling abroad. Revolut has the best exchange rates and the currency gets paid straight into your account again with a single click.
