Needed to make a small claim for a chipped skylight.

Needed to make a small claim for a chipped skylight. Sent an email as advised on the website but no response. When chased I was told they do not monitor the email inbox, they then sent a link for the online claim. I have chased this repeatedly but seven months have passed and still no response. I'm seriously considering taking this to the Ombudsman. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2024

Get VFM from Ripe and they'll treat you right.

Great value. Good customer service. Easy access for advice and support. Changed location for our caravan and administrative process was efficient and easy to do.
