Good when you get hassle

I had a problem in that Bailey supplied my caravan without the the Auto Trailer Control system as they claimed in their spec. Ripe we’re really quick with their responses and as helpful as possible even giving me a months grace. I hope I never have to claim but if I do I have confidence that this is a company that responds quickly to customer needs. Reviewed on: 20th September 2022
