Great price . Polite staff

I used the online service and received my quote which was a great price , so I decided I would accept the quote when I got home the following day. When I then did the quote again at home the price dropped again by £20 . So I called up to ask why , the agent then ran through the quotes and said they were identical so I received the cheaper one .
