Great customer service!

I’m just sorry I didn’t know about Ripe insurance sooner. From the start it was easy to do business with them….no lengthy wait on the phone, operators I could understand and who knew what I needed, no hard sell, polite, and the quote was so much less than other leading providers for the same kind of cover. I also made a mistake on the policy so when I realised I contacted Ripe & again no problem getting through and the process to amend the policy was very easy and amazingly no extra charge!!!
