Poor customer service

Tried to make a claim (which I was late doing). Since my initial call it seems that all contact from Davies Group has been an attempt to not pay out. Asking for the same information time and time again. And several days between contact. Cost for the insurance was OK., but the service has been very poor Reviewed on: 22nd August 2025

New claim no response!

I put in a came to an email you advised, no response! I eventually phoned and they took my claim over the phone and Confirmed with an email asking us to confirm if had our own repairer of if they should send their estimators we went for the latter and have heard nothing since. Changed my caravan a while ago and informed Ripe. I was charged £35 but was not informed that £20 of that was admin charges at the time Reviewed on: 21st September 2022
