Shocking

It is Interesting to see that the people that gave 5 star reviews haven't actually had to make a claim. Yes they are cheap, but then so is putting your money in a money box and paying for a repair yourself, which is what I'd recommend you do instead! The service has been nothing less than shocking from beginning to end. 6 weeks to make a claim, then a refurbished phone sent out...that broke within a day! Then another week to get a replacement and that was after a big fight with them...Oh, that's why they are called Row, because you have to have a row for them to actually get them to pay out when you need to claim! Anyway after another 'row' over screen protectors I have just got my latest phone bill and discovered that all the calls I had to make to them to get them have cost me over £25 as their number is premium rate! More for less insurance

Have been scouting for reasonable priced mobile phone insurance that covers everything and with discount for two mobiles, this is just perfect and a really great price. All others i viewed are around £40-60 more for the same type of insurance and no discount for two phones. Reviewed on: 11th March 2017
