Simple, fast cover

The extra £25 excess is so worth it

Brilliant to be able to set up so fast. Really thought I'd have to work a lot harder with a long form filling in session but it was EMEI and payment details only! brill! It seemed to be rated top phone insurance everywhere I researched online and even though the excess is £75 not £50 like some, it's well worth it for the 24 hour replacement promise, the free collect and return postage, unlimited claims (I've just bought the samsung s8 and everywhere I read people say it's the most fragile phone ever!) and they specify they cover cosmetic screen repairs, which alot of people don't include in their "accidental damage". So I feel like I'm really decent safe hands and am glad to have found them. Like the option to cancel whenever I like and choice to pay monthly or yearly (I went with yearly for 5% discount). £68.29 is really great value for all that (£81.29 if you want all the theft and loss cover too). Like all good things, comes to an end....a bad end!

I was pleased when I found this site, as the gadget insurance was a lot cheaper but its not until you go to make a claim that you really find out what the company is like. In order to get my phone repaired they requested a payment four times more than my excess, telling me that all this was in the small print! Beware!!!!! Reviewed on: 7th March 2018
